YCT has been pioneering specialty coffee in Yunnan for over a decade. We have seen production change from small scale experiments all the way to well established scalable specialty coffee production. It is a privilege to have been part of this journey.
At present we run our own wet mill and partner with other farms to produce some of Yunnan’s best coffees. In addition, we are a licensed coffee exporter. So, we can produce, source and ship the coffees you need.

Our life is here, with the growers and caretakers of this great coffee. We share life as we create, study, and explore different facets and elements of this coffee project. We never hesitate to share.
Each coffee we have is accompanied by its score, origin, processing method, and roasting profile. Our goal is to make specialty coffee and the knowledge we’ve attained more accessible to all.
