Our coffee samples are produced in rural and remote areas of the worlds. We guarantee that we have a direct relationship with the producer of the coffee, or with the trader in the producing country and have an established relationship with them. All information shared on this website about origin, quality and production method is provided to the best of our knowledge with integrity, however we cannot legally guarantee any of the accuracy.

Prices for the samples are simple administrative fees and some cost (the green coffee, the Ecotact sample bag). Prices are not negotiable.

Samples are sold as is, we keep an absolute no-return, non-refund policy without exceptions.

Samples are shipped from origin using FedEx International Economy shipment.

If the package in not deliverable and the recipient is not reachable, the package will be abandoned without compensation without exceptions.

Payment is collected by Yunnan Coffee Traders in the Netherlands, business information provided in the footer of the website.
